Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial of Premium. You see the full app for the first two weeks so you know exactly what you're picking. After 14 days, choose the tier that fits your operation and your card is charged. Cancel anytime in the first 14 days, no charge.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your job data. The app exports complete .json snapshots of every job — save them locally and they'll re-import into any future Truss Stacker installation, even years from now. Nothing is locked in our cloud.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose the month you've already paid for.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free compared to monthly (effectively a 17% discount). Annual customers also get priority on the public roadmap.
What does "1 licence / 3 licences / unlimited licences" mean?
Each licence lets you plan loads across one delivery truck per job (one set of imported XML files). Solo includes 1 licence; Standard includes 3, so you can split a job across up to three trucks; Premium and Enterprise have no limit. Your whole business is covered by the one subscription — clause 2.2 of the licence agreement explains it in full.
Do I need an internet connection?
The app runs entirely in your browser — no server. The standard build needs internet to load the 3D engine; the offline build (included with every tier) is fully self-contained and runs from a USB stick on a laptop with no Wi-Fi. Handy for site visits.
Can I influence the roadmap?
Yes. Every customer can submit feature requests via the in-app 💡 Suggest button. Requests land on our public Monday board where the community votes. Premium and Enterprise customers' votes count double. Enterprise customers get a quarterly roadmap call.
